Configuring Microsoft 365 Email - Windows
Note: This guide is for Windows Only
Server Information:
Server: outlook.office365.com
Domain: @Yourdomain.com (Dependent on your business)
Username: Your Email Address.
Email Type: Office 365 (Exchange if on iMac)
Note: Office 365 will no longer work with versions of Outlook from 2013 and prior.
(Automatic Configuration) Configuration within Outlook for Windows:
1) Open Microsoft Outlook
2) When Outlook prompts, enter your username.
3) Click Connect
4) Outlook will now prompt for your Password, enter this.
5) Configuration is now complete, Outlook will now open.
(Manual Configuration) Configuration within Outlook for Windows
1) Open Microsoft Outlook
2) When Outlook prompts, enter your username.
3) Select "Advanced Options" and then "Manual"
4) Click Connect
5) Select your email Type
6) Click Next
7) Outlook will now prompt for your Password, enter this.
8) Configuration is now complete, Outlook will now open.
